To better understand the position of Palm Valley residents on the very important topic of density credits, and in consideration of the proposed Palm Cove development on Palm Valley Road, the Palm Valley Community Association conducted a survey by reaching out to a diverse portion of both members and non members.  

  

There were thoughtful and engaged comments on both sides of this issue, however, an overwhelming majority (93%) was opposed to the Board of County Commissioners allowing “green credits” to be used to increase zoning density. We will be sharing the results of the survey with all stakeholders and will keep you updated on the progress of those conversations.
