Garry Phillips and the Board of Directors of Palm Valley Community Association ( PVCA) Have announced the 2016 High School Scholarship Program. The PVCA will be giving a $1,000 scholarship to a high school senior from both Nease and Ponte Vedra High Schools. The student needs to live in 32081 or 32082 zip code and the application must be completed by April 15th 2016.
